Menu Monday

We finally got to fire up the grill between raindrops on Sunday.

Sunday: grilled chicken and ribs with lettuce salad.

Monday: Roasted veggies with chicken (leftover from grilling)

Tuesday: One pan sausage, shrimp and veggies

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Soup (leftover from Wed.) with chicken salad wraps

Chicken Salad

2 cups diced, cooked chicken

2 stalked celery, chopped

1/2 cucumber, diced

1/2 cup dried cranberries

3 pieces crumbled bacon

sliced almonds and/or sunflower nuts

1/2 to 1 cup mayo, salt and pepper to taste
