One of my New Year resolutions is to use my Instant Pot.
Another resolution: make healthier food choices. I made this oatmeal recipe this week and it covered me for breakfast or lunch for 4 days! Easy, affordable ingredients from Aldi made it even better.
1 cup Steel Cut Oats (Not Quick Oats!)
1 cup Almond milk
2 cups water
dash of salt and dash of cinnamon
Mix all ingredients in the Instant Pot. Set timer for 10 minutes. Quick release and ready to eat in less than 15 minutes! This made four 1/2 to 3/4 cup servings. I reheated in the microwave and topped with a handful of berries and a few chopped walnuts! Quick, healthy and filling.
I started a Pinterest board HERE with Instant Pot recipes and tips.
