I don’t have a specific plan this week except to eat 2 servings of veggies with every meal! We grilled over the weekend so we have burgers and chicken breasts for lunches.

A shredded grilled chicken breast reheated with some roasted peppers and onion makes an easy healthy dinner from chicken we grilled over the weekend.
